FAQs

1. What exactly is this program about?

Our program teaches you what to buy, how to cook it and when to eat it, while helping you build sustainable, healthy habits. You receive guidance from trained chefs who specialise in accountability coaching, so you not only learn — you actually follow through.

2. Who is this program for?

We support adults who want to improve their eating habits, cook better meals, feel more confident in the kitchen, and take control of their nutrition.
We work with meat eaters and vegetarians.

3. Who is this program NOT suitable for?

We cannot work with people who have serious medical conditions, as they require specialist dietary support from a registered dietitian or medical professional.

4. What makes this program different from other nutrition plans?

Unlike generic diet plans, we combine:

  • Daily recipe lessons created by trained chefs
  • Accountability coaching
  • 1-1 and small group support
  • Practical shopping guidance
  • Real-time feedback on the meals you cook

This means you learn lifelong skills instead of following a temporary diet.

5. What happens during the onboarding session?

In your 1-1 onboarding session, we:

  • Review a questionnaire to understand your lifestyle, food preferences and challenges
  • Discuss your goals
  • Set up your personalised plan in Google Drive
  • Add you to the 1-1 WhatsApp chat and your private group (maximum 15 people)

The onboarding ensures you start the program with clarity and confidence.

6. What does the 21-day experience include?

For the next three weeks, you receive full support from your coach, including:

  • A daily recipe lesson
  • Personal feedback on the meals and drinks you prepare
  • Advice on what to stock in your fridge and cupboard
  • A 30-minute accountability call with your group every day
  • Unlimited messaging with your coach for questions, support and motivation

The structure is designed to build consistency — the key to lasting results.

7. How much time do I need to commit each day?

Most clients spend:

  • Up to 30 minutes on the daily accountability call
  • 20–40 minutes preparing the recipes
  • A few minutes sharing photos and getting feedback in WhatsApp

We help you integrate healthy cooking into your lifestyle without feeling overwhelmed.

8. I am a complete beginner at cooking. Can I still join?

Absolutely. Many of our clients start with very little cooking experience.
Our coaches guide you step-by-step so you feel comfortable and confident in the kitchen.

9. What if I’m a good cook already?

Great — we can help you refine technique, improve nutrition, and stay accountable so your cooking aligns with your health goals.

10. How much does the program cost?

The 21-day intensive program costs £300 for the first three weeks.
This includes coaching, daily guidance, group calls and all learning materials.

11. What happens after the 21 days?

You can continue with ongoing coaching, join advanced cooking challenges, or move into maintenance support. We’ll guide you towards the best option after completing the program.

12. Do you provide meal plans?

Instead of rigid meal plans, we teach you how to cook nutritious meals and make better food choices so you become independent and flexible. We don’t want you to rely on instructions forever — we want you to learn the skill.

13. Is this a weight-loss program?

Not specifically. Many people do lose weight because they:

  • Cook more whole foods
  • Eat more regularly
  • Reduce snacking
  • Improve portion awareness

But the main goal is education and habit-building, not dieting.

14. Do I need any special equipment?

No. Most recipes use basic kitchen tools you probably already have. If anything extra is useful, we’ll let you know early on.

15. What support will I get if I feel stuck?

  • You have unlimited WhatsApp access to your coach and daily group calls, so you are never on your own. Accountability is at the centre of the program.
